I concur. Shampoos cannot strengthen your hair. As a matter of fact, too much shampooing strips your hair of its natural oil (Sebum). Go easy on the shampoo, but do condition, condition, condion. Use both, a leave in, and a deep conditioner at least once a week

What is the best hair straightening shampoo and about how many washes dose it take before seeing results?

I have FrizzEase..there's one that's like Straight First or something that like straightens it when you're in the shower. It works pretty well, it's just my hair is so incredibly frizzy it's still pretty frizzy. But i guess if you have better hair, and just wavy or curly, it'd work better.
