Has anyone tried the Japanese Hair Straightening? Comments???

i haven't, but my best friend did and it worked so well. her hair is very thick, very long with a slight wave, so she would either have to curl it or straighten it (both took too much time and always looked a bit frizzy).

after she got the straightening, her hair was stick straight. even a little flat at first. it looks much healthier (don't know if it actually is though, since it is a chemical process) but it looks much better.

i do know another girl who got it done, and same results.

My best friend had it done in Chinatown here in Houston for $200. Much cheaper than the normal costs. She did research online about the best Japanese product and made sure the stylist used that product and was certified in it.

Her results were awesome! The first few weeks her hair was super straight and flat then she regained some of the volume. She hasn't had to re touch it yet. I would recommend it if you are looking to always wear straight hair.
